Stella McCartney is back with the latest installment of Stellawear, a line of elevated and sustainable essentials that fuse the style and functionality of lingerie and swimwear.

Stellawear’s Spring/Summer 2021 collection includes a bandeau and brief set with perforations accentuating natural curves, a high-neck bodysuit — an “architectural, effortlessly sensual” take on a Stella classic, a traditional bodysuit, and a crop bra. Both of the aforementioned bodysuits were designed to be wearable both ways, back to front, with the bandeau bra underneath. Thus empowering women to ‘buy less and wear more.’
“Stellawear emboldens conscious women to return to the world with effortless sensuality and endless versatility,” says the brand in its official news story. Adding “it shapes and sculpts the body everywhere with every wear – whether exposed intimately under a jacket, over trousers or on its own.”
Of course, with the Stella ethos in mind, Stellawear built these silhouettes with a zero-waste sculpting yarn. Each piece in the collection is crafted with Aquafil’s ECONYL yarn, a regenerated nylon created from ocean plastics and post-consumer waste, as well as ROICA’s v550 yarn, an elastane produced from pre-consumer recycled content.

Additionally, all items are quick-drying, breathable, UV-tested and chlorine and saltwater safe.
Stellawear SS21 is available in a foundational palette of white, khaki and black, alongside seasonal shades of pink and red. Prices range from $125-300 USD. Head over to stellamccartney.com to make your purchase.
