Sportswear label Reebok has a history of collaborating with celebrities and designers alike. But their latest partnership with Milk Makeup, a beauty brand, is perhaps one of its more unexpected offerings thus far. Together, they’ve launched a vegan collection that celebrates their shared values of utility, sustainability, and inclusivity. The footwear-first drop merges the worlds of fashion and beauty, resulting in a co-branded line of products that seamlessly blend work and play.
The collection has caused quite a stir, particularly among environmental and animal welfare enthusiasts. Featuring five distinctive styles, all made from 100% vegan materials and priced between $100 and $150 USD, the shoe range includes The Classic Vegan, Club C 85 Vegan, Classic Make It Yours Vegan, Club C Geo Mid Vegan, and BB 4000 II Vegan. Each style showcases unique deconstructed elements, striking geometric patterns, bold red accents, and Milk’s signature logo.
In addition, the collection includes The Milk Lux Hoodie and The Milk Bodysuit, priced at $75 and $80 USD, respectively. These pieces are available in a wide range of inclusive sizes, from 3XS to 3XL, and feature red detailing that complements the footwear selection. While the collection lacks information on sustainable materials, it’s refreshing to see inclusivity taking center stage in the fashion industry. This is a promising sign for the industry, and we hope to see continued progress in both inclusivity and environmentally-friendly innovations that cater to everyone, regardless of body type or size.
